Welcome to Service Unit 123, serving Girl Scouts of Irving, Texas within the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.

Our mission is to make Girl Scouting available to every girl -- everywhere.

Our Service Unit consists of approximately 400 registered Girl Scouts and 250 registered Adult Girl Scout Volunteers.

The Service Unit is managed by the Service Team. Service Unit Meetings are usually held on the fourth Sunday of the month from 2:00 to 3:00.

Girl Scout Mission:
Our mission is simple, to inspire girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism and service that they may become happy, resourceful citizens.

Girl Scout Law:
I will do my best to be honest and fair, friendly and helpful, considerate and caring, courageous and strong, and responsible for what I say and do, and to respect myself and others, respect authority, use resources wisely, make the world a better place, and be a sister to every Girl Scout.

fireIrving Christmas Parade - December 7th at 4:00 PM. We will have a float - the theme is The Grinch. Everyone participating will need to fill out this waiver. More details coming after the planning meeting with the city. The city will then give us the parade number and details on when and where to meet. Give your participant names and waivers to Wanda.
fireDecember Leader Daughter Social - Dec. 14, 2:00 pm Location TBD (possibly the Irving Garden Arts building on Senter Road) "Candy Crush Sugar Rush" Theme (desserts!) Bring an ornament to exchange plus we will be filling laundry baskets with household items for Safe Haven charity. Contact Wanda Seibert to RSVP.
fireFirst Timers Camp - Feb. 7 2014 for Daisies, Brownies and First Year Juniors who have not been camping before. Great indoor, overnight event where girls learn about camping from experienced Ambassador Girl Scouts. Here are the files related to this event:
